Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Custom Labs team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple business unit product managers and sales and marketing partners to curate and develop a portfolio of customized products. You will engage with manufacturing, engineering, and other technical resources to define, develop, improve, and maintain internal customization technologies. Your financial acumen will be essential in developing and maintaining financial models to report and represent the financial benefit of the current and proposed customized portfolio of products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with multiple business unit product managers and sales and marketing partners to curate and develop a portfolio of customized products
- Engaging with manufacturing, engineering, and other technical resources to define, develop, improve, and maintain internal customization technologies
- Developing and maintaining financial models to report and represent the financial benefit of the current and proposed customized portfolio of products
- Providing ongoing support for customized products to ensure master data and product setup information is properly set up and maintained
Essential skills and experience include:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3 to 5 years' experience in product management for consumer-packaged goods
- Fluent Mandarin and English language skills
- Positive personality, aggressive, enthusiastic, independent, and able to deal with high pressure
- Highly organized, analytical, and able to motivate and manage others
- Familiar with MS Office software like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio/Project
