Responsibilities: Create a welcoming environment for guests and guide them through the VR journey Proactively share offers to boost engagement and provide real-time updates to guests Maintain a spotless store that meets Sandbox VR standards Troubleshoot issues smoothly and communicate with management and tech support when necessary
Requirements: Egoless and coachable with a willingness to take feedback Adaptable and proactive with a resourceful approach Team-focused with a positive attitude and ability to celebrate group wins Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and navigate stairs
