Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commis de Partie to join our team at Hangar-7, a unique venue located at Salzburg Airport.
As a Commis de Partie, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing mise en place, cold and hot dishes
- Supporting the post chef for our various outlets, including Restaurant Ikarus, Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, and Mayday Bar
- Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards (HACCP)
Requirements:
- Completed culinary training
- Experience in fine dining, preferably in a high-end restaurant
- Excellent product knowledge and technical skills
- Polished, confident, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in German and English
