This role is ideal for a passionate traveller with strong public speaking skills and the ability to bring destinations to life through storytelling, presentations, and guest interactions.
As a Travel Guide, you will deliver engaging, region-specific destination content that enhances the guest experience. You will collaborate with the Shore Excursions and Entertainment teams to curate accurate, high-quality content that aligns with the company's luxury standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging, scripted, Up-Close Presentations in the World Stage, multiple times each voyage, in both English and Dutch
- Delivering unique port talks, scenic narrations, and other presentations tailored to each destination in both English and Dutch
- Researching and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on ports of call, including historical, cultural, and logistical details
- Hosting Q&A sessions and dedicated desk hours to assist guests with destination-related inquiries
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in travel, hospitality, communications, education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in destination enrichment, tourism, or public speaking.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and analytical skills to ensure accurate and engaging destination content, exceptional public speaking and storytelling skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Familiarity with cruise itineraries, port logistics, and international travel regulations
