Bartender (Japanese Speaking) - MMC

As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in the onboard Beverage Svc Department, ensuring that teammates in assigned bar locations act as company ambassadors, displaying a positive and professional demeanor. You will drive the Service Excellence culture and platform by monitoring Bar Steward and Utility F&B Steward performance, providing guidance, and engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction with the beverage product and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all beverages served are visually appealing and service is in line with company standards.
• Prepare various cocktails and drinks according to Company standards and recipes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked bar venue, reporting any damages to equipment, fixtures, or furnishings promptly and rectifying them in a timely manner.
• Conduct inventory accounts as directed, and help minimize waste, neglect, breakages, and mishandling of supplies and equipment.
• Mentor the Beverage Svc Team through coaching, training, and ongoing development to support career progression.
