Patissier (Commis de Partie)

We are seeking a skilled Patissier (Commis de Partie) to join our team at the Hangar-7 restaurant, Ikarus, located at Salzburg Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality desserts, presenting and decorating them, and ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality desserts for the restaurant and outlets
• Present, decorate, and arrange desserts
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements:

• Completed pastry or culinary training
• Professional experience, ideally in fine patisserie
• Excellent product knowledge and technical skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Very good German and English language skills
