Description
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant to play a pivotal role in our multi-year journey of transitioning legacy Service Parts Order Management systems to SAP S/4HANA. This is a critical position where you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing O2C processes, ensuring a seamless and successful rollout across our global enterprise.
As an SAP SD Functional Consultant, you will lead and support SAP SD solutions across the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle, drive aftersales process design, collaborate with global business stakeholders, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with global template standards.
You will proactively identify risks, process gaps, integration issues, and data inconsistencies, communicate mitigation plans in a timely and structured manner. You will also support fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities, ensure data integrity, process harmonization, and compliance across regions.
In this role, you will implement and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) flows, including order management, ATP/aATP configuration, delivery processing and PGI, intercompany and stock transfer scenarios, and integration with FI-AR.
You will have strong business acumen in automotive distribution and dealer networks, a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate in complex, multi-system landscapes. You will be comfortable working in transformation programs and template-driven rollouts, and have experience working with large System Integrators in global transformation programs.
You will lead fit-to-standard workshops and document functional specifications (FSDs), collaborate with ABAP developers on RICEFW objects, support SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover planning, and proactively identify cross-module dependencies, data risks, and process gaps.
You will have a Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Programming or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, and 8+ years of IT experience, preferably with SAP MM, FICO, SD and similar modules.
You will have 5 years of SAP SD experience, preferably with automotive aftersales exposure, and a strong understanding of integration touchpoints with MM, FICO, and warehouse/logistics systems.
You will be an excellent stakeholder communication and issue/risk management skill, and have experience working with global teams and large System Integrators.
You will have a salary grade of 7 or 8 and a salary range of $84,480-162,120.
