Brand Designer

We're looking for a Brand Designer to join our team and help shape the entire Fuse brand experience. As our first Brand Designer, you'll design best-in-class visual and brand experiences that bring the idea of energy abundance to life.

Responsibilities

• Design the Fuse brand system, including typography, color, iconography, illustration, and motion.
• Define the visual language for web and mobile, shaping UI components, interaction states, and scalable patterns.
• Extend the brand across digital, motion, hardware interfaces, packaging, and print.
• Establish messaging principles, tone guidelines, content patterns, and microcopy standards for consistent communication.

Requirements

• Experience designing visual and brand systems for consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong craft across typography, color, composition, motion, and visual storytelling with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
• A track record of taking brand work end-to-end from conceptual exploration and art direction through to design execution.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Figma expert (non-negotiable).
