At Webflow, we're building the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Webflow Analyze team, our group focused on building analytics and conversion products.
In this role, you'll guide the development of scalable features that deliver actionable insights and key metrics about Webflow site traffic and user behavior, helping our customers make smarter, faster decisions.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a full-stack team focused on building and scaling Webflow's analytics product offerings. You'll drive roadmap planning and execution for the team, shaping key features and guiding technical investments. You'll set technical direction and uphold high engineering standards.
You'll balance hands-on work with team leadership. Contribute where it unblocks, clarifies, or sets a high standard, while prioritizing team execution and scale. You'll partner closely with cross-functional peers across Engineering, Product, and Design to set goals and shape the engineering strategy for both Analyze and Optimize.
You'll support your team's growth by providing clear feedback, identifying development opportunities, and actively investing in their career progression. You'll foster accountability and help the team deliver high-quality outcomes.
Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience managing a team in a high growth environment
- 5+ years as a technical individual contributor, including meaningful time as a senior or staff engineer before moving into management
- Experience leading teams with modern tech stacks such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Mongo and AWS
- Experience building or shipping AI-powered product features and a clear point of view on where AI adds real value vs. where it doesn't
- Experience in mentoring, influencing, and growing senior+ engineers across organizations
