We are looking for a recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for positions in the SAP and consulting field, from needs analysis to successful placement. You will also be responsible for active sourcing and direct contact with suitable candidates through relevant recruiting channels.
Your tasks will include:
- End-to-end recruiting for positions in the SAP and consulting field - from needs analysis to successful placement
- Active sourcing and direct contact with suitable candidates through relevant recruiting channels
- Independent execution of interviews and professional accompaniment of candidates along the entire candidate journey
- Close cooperation with specialist departments and other stakeholders to fill open positions
- Independent takeover of projects in the recruiting field and participation in the development of processes
- Support for the Employer Branding team in implementing targeted recruiting strategies and participating in trade show and event appearances
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree and several years of professional experience (ideally 2-3 years) in recruiting - ideally in the consulting field
- Passion for inspiring and motivating people and building lasting relationships
- Expertise in recruiting in the consulting field, active sourcing, and interview leadership
- Your work style is characterized by empathy, independence, and well-developed team and communication skills. You also continuously build your knowledge of your target group and follow current trends
