Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Saint Désirat, France. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily checks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our machinery
- Perform or oversee preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans
- Manage inventory of spare parts, including price quotes and delivery times
- Manage the entry and exit of the Maintenance store
- Participate in weekly action plans with the Production team to determine priorities for improvement
- Contribute to long-term improvements
- Monitor and adjust the state and settings of machinery using appropriate measuring equipment
- Replace defective parts in a timely manner and clean the area after each intervention
- Write reports of interventions and update technical documents
- Adjust technical equipment according to specifications and production needs
- Develop preventive maintenance plans (scheduling) and ensure their follow-up
- Coordinate and organize the follow-up of external work by contractors
- Select suppliers in accordance with group purchasing procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial maintenance or electro-technical engineering
- Proficiency in Office, SAP, and Excel software
- Knowledge of the operation of an atelier, press, and mold
- Knowledge of maintenance on production equipment in an industrial environment
- Electrical certifications and CACES 2 or 3 training desirable
