Job Summary
We are seeking a senior manager of customer program management to lead a team of program managers supporting IP engagements and customer success. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in program management, hands-on experience managing SoC design flows, and the IP ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of program managers supporting IP engagements and customer success
- Shape the strategic direction of customer experience for your region
- Drive end-to-end customer journeys from pre-sales through silicon success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage escalations and resolve issues proactively
- Partner with sales to support contract closure

Requirements
- B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience working with SoC design flows and the IP IC Design ecosystem
- 15+ years in engineering or program management roles
- 10+ years of people management experience
- Experience with contract negotiations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
