Description
We're seeking a Production Maintenance Manager to join our Manufacturing Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team to ensure the reliable operation of all production equipment and facilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a team of maintenance specialists to ensure the reliable operation of all production equipment and facilities.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Overseeing all reactive maintenance activities, ensuring prompt and effective troubleshooting and repair of production equipment breakdowns.
- Managing spare parts inventory, ensuring critical spares are available while optimizing inventory levels and costs.
- Troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on various production machinery.
