Line Supervisor II

We are looking for a Line Supervisor to play a key role in achieving our planned potato production targets safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.

As a Line Supervisor at Lamb Weston EMEA, you will ensure that production processes run smoothly, with attention to yield, food safety, environmental protection, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of 8-10 employees and coaching them to develop their performance and skills
• Creating a positive work atmosphere where collaboration, safety, and open communication are central
• Continuously monitoring the production process and finding practical solutions to technical challenges
• Collaborating intensively with various departments, such as Production, Planning, and Technical Services

Requirements:

• Completed HBO education in a field such as technology, logistics, food technology, or business administration, or an MBO+ diploma
• Willingness to continuously develop yourself with internal and external opportunities
• Affinity with leadership, technology, and organizing business processes
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry
• Excellent communication skills and proven leadership abilities
