As an Anlagenbediener*in (all genders), you play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging lines. You operate modern machinery, ensure the quality of our products, and contribute to achieving our corporate goals. Your tasks include operating the machines, carefully documenting and controlling all production steps, and cleaning and maintaining the equipment according to our quality standards. With your willingness to work shifts and your commitment to continuous improvement, you are a valuable part of our team.

Your Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Operate packaging lines and specific inspection systems, and perform all tasks necessary for the proper operation of the packaging line.
  • Ensure proper documentation and control of charge records and logbooks, and perform and document in-process controls during ongoing production.
  • Perform and control equipment, format part, and room cleanings according to standard operating procedures, and lead the associated documentation (eCR, charge protocol, and logbook).
  • Implement partial disassembly of equipment and equipment parts, and work on equipping machines and equipment.
  • Ensure cooperative, responsible, and continuous participation in product quality assurance.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of equipment while considering costs and benefits.
  • Actively participate in achieving departmental goals and engage in constructive and goal-oriented collaboration within the Packaging Department.

What You Bring:

  • Completed 2-year vocational training, preferably with a technical or pharmaceutical background.
  • Experience in operating production equipment is a significant asset to your expertise.
  • Good PC skills, including software from the plant automation technology.
  • Strong understanding of complex processes, responsible, and forward-thinking working style.
  • Ability to engage in constructive and goal-oriented collaboration within the Packaging Department.
  • High level of reliability and self-motivation, good communication skills, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
  • Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and work in 3-shift operations.
  • Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
