Description
As a Production Operator 3rd Shift, you will assemble and load materials, work in process and finished goods ensuring quality standards within the plant or work site. Your duties will include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following all established company policies and procedures, and performing all functions of machine operation, setup, and changeover.
You will be responsible for reviewing process books daily for new quality or process changes and implementing any necessary changes or countermeasures. Additionally, you will perform minor troubleshooting, minor machine repair, and basic preventative maintenance as instructed.
You will assist other material handlers with production duties as needed and ensure all production paper is filled out completely and accurately. You will participate in corrective action or continuous improvement activities when necessary and ensure all quality standards are met as required by the process books and inspection instructions.
You will be available to attend future training as deemed necessary for this position and perform other duties as directed by the supervisor or designee.
