Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team in Ashville, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling manufacturing activities to meet production goals while maintaining safety, quality and cost-effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and managing a team of production supervisors, front-line team members and support staff.
- Championing an EHS-focused culture by ensuring production processes, equipment and team members comply with established requirements.
- Ensuring products meet all quality standards and specifications.
- Working closely with production planning to develop and execute production schedules to meet demand requirements.
- Developing and refining process instructions.
- Continuously evaluating and improving production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and lower costs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management or a related field, and 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.
The salary range for this role is $99,000-$131,000 USD per year, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, income protection, generous time off and professional development opportunities.
