Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Taoyuan, Taiwan. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers to guide teams from initiation to delivery. You will take full ownership of project deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a project management role, familiarity with project management and documentation tools such as Jira/Confluence, fluency in English and Mandarin, and strong ability to craft clear, concise presentations and proposals for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers to guide teams from initiation to delivery.
- Taking full ownership of project deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying and navigating interdependencies to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
- Serving as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Operations, Quality Control, and Manufacturing teams to align on and formulate key project requirements.
- Facilitating clear communication across departments, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Producing and maintaining clear project documentation , including plans, status reports, and meeting notes , in collaboration with engineering and other key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be available on-site at the facility in Taoyuan and should be familiar with software development and hardware development life-cycles.
