Packaging Operator

We are looking for a Packaging Operator to join our team in Oosterbierum. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment, ensuring efficient and safe production processes. You will work closely with the production team to achieve optimal results and maintain high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and maintaining packaging equipment, including filling, capping, and labeling machines
• Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
• Collaborating with the production team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma on at least MBO-2 level or willingness to obtain
• Experience in a similar role or relevant industry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
