Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers to guide teams from initiation to delivery. You will take full ownership of project deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying and navigating interdependencies to prevent bottlenecks and delays. You will serve as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Operations, Quality Control, and Manufacturing teams to align on and formulate key project requirements. You will facilitate clear communication across departments, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. You will produce and maintain clear project documentation , including plans, status reports, and meeting notes , in collaboration with engineering and other key stakeholders.
Essential skills and experience include 3 to 5 years of experience in a project management role, familiarity with project management and documentation tools (Jira/Confluence), fluency in English and Mandarin, and the ability to work on-site at the facility in Taoyuan. You should also be familiar with software development and hardware development life-cycles. A strong ability to craft clear, concise presentations and proposals for both technical and non-technical audiences is required.
