Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist in IWPB Technology. As a Consultant Specialist, you will develop and implement IT solutions to meet business users' requirements, conduct system tests, user acceptance tests, and provide support on system implementation for WPB STAFF CHANNELS & SELF SERVICE ATMP application.

Principal responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT solutions to meet business users' requirements
• Conduct system tests, user acceptance tests and provide support on system implementation
• Ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices

Requirements:

• A university graduate with degree in computer science or a related discipline
• Bachelor Degree or above, with CET-4 or equivalent English level
• 4-6 Years working experience on AS400(RPGLE and CL on iSeries) is required
• 2-3 Years related project management experience is preferred
• Familiar with API or Cloud will be a strong advantage
• Test-driven development and Agile experience will be a strong advantage
• Strong problem solving skills and communication skills
• Fast to adapt to English working environment
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Experienced in team motivation and management
