FBS Application Test Spec IV

We are seeking a highly skilled FBS Application Test Spec IV to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a key member of our testing team, you will define the overall testing strategy and manage all related activities for application technical testing. You will participate in preparation of proposals and action plans and lead implementation of any new processes and tools, as required. You will develop quality criteria and measuring techniques, validate system acceptability, and make project stop/go recommendations to management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, documenting, executing, and maintaining technical test cases and test data
• Analyzing system and business requirements for testability
• Reporting status of test plan execution through defect logs/defect tracking system
• Ensuring that acceptance criteria are met
• Assisting with resolution of environmental issues and supporting application development, implementation, and user training activities, as required
• Analyzing test results and assisting with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Validating system design and developing test plans, including test scenarios, test objectives, quality criteria, and measurement techniques
• Providing guidance on the usage of testing tools and development of test scenarios, test objectives, and test cases to junior testing specialists
• Overseeing workflow and work distribution within testing area and ensuring that service levels are met

Requirements:

• Intermediate skills in Quality Engineering, SDET, Rally, Selenium, and Playwright
• 4-6 years of experience with Rally, Selenium, and Playwright
