You are the client planning lead, responsible for bringing together media channels to deliver cohesive, high-quality plans.
As the client planning lead at Brainlabs, you will be responsible for translating strategy into clear, actionable cross-channel plans, ensuring flawless execution across clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading tactical planning: building media plans and budget scenarios for clients
- Orchestrating inputs from Practice Teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and alignment
- Running internal stand-ups and status meetings to keep teams on track
- Turning data and insights into cohesive, client-ready narratives
- Identifying and driving media opportunities and testing initiatives across channels
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience delivering cross-channel media plans for complex clients
- A strong understanding of how media planning translates into performance
- The ability to build detailed plans and work through budget scenarios
- Highly organized project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- A data-driven approach, able to turn analysis into clear actions and stories
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and with clients
