We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Field Marketing Manager (High-Tech) to join our team. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute an account-focused marketing strategy tailored to the High-Tech industry, prioritizing engagement with key accounts.
You are a strategic thinker with a creative, solution-oriented approach to challenges. You have a strong background in B2B events or Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with a preference for experience in software or hardware marketing within the High Tech industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing an account-focused marketing strategy
- Identifying emerging industry trends and challenges to craft compelling value propositions and targeted marketing programs
- Planning, organizing, and executing a diverse mix of events, digital campaigns, and demand-generation initiatives
- Partnering closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and maximize program impact
- Managing and allocating marketing budgets efficiently
- Planning and executing high-impact trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and executive events

- Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign effectiveness
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 20% as needed
