Description

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager, Conversion & Experimentation to optimize the full digital customer journey across our fintech ecosystem. The role will be critical to optimize from first visit and all owned platform touchpoints up until registration, purchase, onboarding, and lifecycle engagements.

This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, UX design, product merchandising, experimentation, and marketing technology infrastructure. You will drive measurable revenue growth by improving how financial products are presented, how users move through our conversion funnels, and how marketing performance is tracked and optimized.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing A/B and multivariate testing strategies across marketing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and upsell experiences
  • Building a structured experimentation backlog informed by analytics, user behavior insights, and growth hypotheses
  • Prioritizing tests using impact/effort/confidence frameworks
  • Documenting experiment learnings to inform product, marketing, and lifecycle strategy

You will own critical MarTech enablement, ensuring marketing teams have the correct tracking, tagging, QA processes, and experimentation frameworks to operate with speed and accuracy.

This role reports to the Director, Growth Marketing.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 5 to 8 years in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth marketing, product growth or performance UX roles
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries preferred
  • Proven track record increasing conversion rates through experimentation and UX optimizations
  • Hands-on experience managing MarTech stacks and marketing tracking implementations
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, product, engineering, analytics and lifecycle teams

Preferred experience:

  • Proven ownership of marketing tracking architecture to ensure accurate measurement across acquisition and conversion funnels
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing tagging frameworks using tools like GTM, Segment, or similar platforms
  • Strong collaboration with analytics and engineering teams to define and maintain event tracking standards
  • Track record of ensuring clean, reliable data collection across landing page interactions, plan selection, registration start, activation events, and downstream handoffs
  • Led QA processes for marketing tracking implementations, validating tag performance across devices and environments
  • Maintained clear documentation for event schemas, tracking plans, and tagging governance
  • Supported campaign launches through tracking validation, troubleshooting, and debugging

Work perks at Greenlight:
