This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) of 5 months, starting in August 2026 until 31 December 2026.
Please note that the first interview will be conducted in English.
Your role in this journey
As the preferred point of contact for our holiday home owners in the Bretagne Pays de la Loire region who want to be accompanied by Holidu, you will accompany them in using our platform.
Coordinate the online listing of properties and assist owners (Respond to their questions by phone, message, or in-person meeting to ensure high-quality customer service continuously).
Collaborate with our product and content teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Build genuine relationships with key accounts and help them optimize their listings.
Improve the performance of your accounts by analyzing existing data and developing a solution-oriented strategy.
Your backpack is filled with
Professional experience in account management, preferably in the tourism industry or other client-facing roles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in all situations.
Native French and fluent English.
A customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.
A genuine interest in technology and the travel industry.
