As a Manager, Paid Search at Brainlabs, you will deliver best-in-class work for clients. You will apply your Paid Search knowledge and experience to have a positive impact on client deliverables and the wider team around you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering highly successful, brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
- Defining campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
- Effectively tracking and optimising campaigns.
- Being a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
- Developing and implementing guidelines and processes contributing to ideas around automation or process improvement.
- Actively contributing to developing best-practice roadmaps so that our Paid Search offering is continually developing.
- Mentoring others across the practice to help grow capability and knowledge.
We're looking for someone with a strong Paid Search delivery track record, passion for their craft, and demonstrable success in optimising Paid Search campaigns and work through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
In this role, you will live our culture code every day, achieve effective campaign creation and delivery metrics, meet internal targets on technology adoption and process optimisation, and hit quality assurance metrics on all campaigns you lead.
