Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bar Assistant to join The Kennels Bar team at Goodwood on a fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave for up to 12 months. You'll deliver warm, attentive service, building rapport through great conversation and a genuine interest in our members and guests. Confident behind the bar, you'll offer knowledgeable recommendations, promote our food and drink offering, and maintain excellent standards throughout service. You'll also support the smooth running of the bar through strong attention to cleanliness, health and safety, and clear handovers.
A passion for delivering high-quality customer service, a friendly, engaging manner and confidence speaking with people, a positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail, the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment, clear communication and a responsible approach, previous bar or hospitality experience, and cocktail-making experience would be an advantage.
