Manager Plant Technical Services

We are seeking a Manager Plant Technical Services to lead our technical team at our Oosterbierum plant. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the technical strategy and performance of our plant, including maintenance, projects, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical strategies to optimize plant performance
• Lead a team of 18 technical professionals, including supervisors, engineers, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Develop and manage budgets, plans, and programs for technical services
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business results
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (HBO/WO equivalent)
• 5+ years of technical management experience in a production environment
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with maintenance programs and asset management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
