Description

As an Audio Software Engineer on the UFC Audio team, you will develop audio features, tools, and workflows with Audio Artists, Designers, and Engineers. You will work three days a week onsite at EA Vancouver in Burnaby, British Columbia, as part of a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, test, debug, and maintain real-time audio features and systems.
  • Improve tools and pipelines for the Audio team.
  • Investigate defects and optimize memory, CPU use, and runtime performance.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality audio experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of C++ development experience.
  • Experience with real-time, performance-sensitive, or game systems.
  • Understanding of object-oriented design, memory management, multithreading, and debugging.
  • Ability to maintain internal and third-party technology in complex codebases.
  • Familiarity with audio technology, game development, PC, or console platforms is a plus.
  • Curiosity about AI-assisted tools and critical validation of generated output.
