Your tasks will include:
- Advisory in comprehensive quality management - starting with digitalization strategy, over innovative concepts for planning, securing, and guiding quality to the use of new technologies
- Responsibility for the integration between quality management and adjacent areas - especially purchasing, production, maintenance, controlling, finance, sales, and logistics
- Taking over overall responsibility and further development for a portfolio element in the context of QM
- Partial project leadership including budget and success responsibility as main point of contact for the customer and/or professional leadership of internal colleagues and their training and further education
- Professional responsibility for sales activities in the QM environment as an interface to sales, including leading a bid team and designing offers
To be well-equipped for your path as a (senior) manager, you should have the following qualifications:
- Completed studies and at least 6 years of professional experience in consulting or in-house consulting with a focus on SAP QM
- Passion for professional and strategic leadership and building partnerships
- Expertise in the SAP solution component QM and in the S/4HANA environment, as well as experience in professional leadership and/or project leadership of SAP QM projects
- Your way of working is characterized by appearing as a trusted advisor and MHP representative at the customer as well as internally at MHP
Before departure:
- Start: after agreement - always at the beginning of a month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 30 vacation days
