Senior Manager (all genders)

If you begeistern yourself for modern production and fine planning with SAP PP/DS and want to shape the transformation to SAP S/4HANA on a strategic level, then take over responsibility as a Senior Manager (all genders) in challenging transformation projects and design together with us powerful, end-to-end planning processes - from strategic conception to operational implementation.

Your tasks will include:

• Overall responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing SAP PP/DS projects along the end-to-end supply chain planning (e.g., production and fine planning, inventory optimization, and network and material planning) - from cost calculation to successful implementation, testing, and enablement of users

• Strategic development of the SAP PP/DS portfolio, including expansion of solutions, methods, and best practices, as well as positioning innovative planning solutions in the market

• (Partial) project leadership of complex SAP PP/DS implementations with responsibility for budget, quality, and project success; central point of contact on the customer side, as well as professional guidance, coaching, and development of project teams

• Responsibility for pre-sales and sales activities in the SAP PP/DS area as an interface between the Department and Sales, including leading bid teams, developing convincing solution concepts, and creating and presenting offers at management level

To be well-equipped for your path as a Senior Manager (all genders), you should have the following qualifications:

• Completed studies and at least 5-6 years of professional experience in consulting or in-house consulting with a clear focus on SAP PP/DS

• Passion for the professional and strategic leadership of teams, as well as the establishment and development of sustainable customer relationships and partnerships

• Expertise in SAP ePP/DS, SAP PP/DS, and/or SAP APO, combined with proven experience in leading complex SAP planning projects

• Your work style is characterized by sovereign and convincing appearance as a trusted advisor at top management level, as well as as an MHP representative - both at the customer and internally

• Starting date: after agreement - always at the beginning of a month

• Working hours: full-time (40 hours); 30 vacation days
