Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Channel Manager - SEM to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for owning Headway's SEM program end-to-end, scaling SEM spend efficiently, building incrementality measurement, optimising the full funnel, partnering directly with Engineering and Data Science, and leveraging AI tools.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of SEM experience with deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads at scale, managed annual SEM budgets of $50M+, and worked directly with Engineering and Data Science teams. They will also have experience in measuring what matters, optimising for booked appointments, and owning the full funnel.
