Description

We're looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to join our global demand campaigns team at Stripe. As a Campaign Operations Manager, you will collaborate with global, regional, and channel teams to architect and implement scalable operating models to support the end-to-end campaign lifecycle. You will consistently monitor and analyze the campaign production 'supply chain' to drive meaningful efficiency gains. You will also build and maintain an AI automation roadmap for the campaigns function, identifying high-impact opportunities to replace manual processes with intelligent, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global, regional, and channel teams to architect and implement scalable operating models to support the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
  • Consistently monitor and analyze the campaign production 'supply chain' to drive meaningful efficiency gains.
  • Build and maintain an AI automation roadmap for the campaigns function.
  • Lead the development, documentation, communication, and rollout of new or optimized internal processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate and implement new tooling, technologies, and systems to enhance campaign operational efficiency.
  • Track, analyze, and report out on key operational metrics and campaign performance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Deeply understands marketing, its varied disciplines, and how they all work together.
  • Has hands-on experience deploying AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline campaign production.
  • Excels in leading and driving large, complex, global programs or initiatives.
  • Has an expert-level grasp of change management and can effortlessly communicate clearly with large cross-functional teams.
  • Works with and influences diverse stakeholder groups across global, regional, and technical teams.
  • Has a builder mindset, demonstrated by a proven track record of designing and implementing internal processes to achieve efficiency and scale.
  • Has strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and communicate campaign performance.
  • Has experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Jira to manage complex, multi-phase rollouts.
  • Is agile and comfortable with ambiguity and building in high growth environments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years of demand generation, program management, or campaign operations experience.
  • Proven expertise in partnering with regional teams and channel partners to build scalable, end-to-end workflows.
  • Proven ability to deploy AI-powered solutions within campaigns or demand gen with specific, measurable outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of current AI/ML landscape as it applies to campaign operations.
  • Ability to build campaigns and programs from the ground, orchestrating many moving parts across disparate functions.
  • Exceptional presentation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Appetite and ability to work through ambiguity, evaluate and recommend solutions, and drive clarity across complex, global stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience at a highly dynamic, fast-growing growth tech company.
  • Experience in management consulting or program management roles.
