Data Analyst, Operations

We're seeking a Data Analyst to manage data flow between operational systems, data warehouse, and the rest of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience with data structure, quality, and governance, as well as integrating data into BigQuery and other tools.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain integrations between operating systems and data warehouse
• Push data warehouse data back into operating systems
• Debug data discrepancies and automate solutions
• Own HubSpot as a system of record
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other business teams

Requirements:

• Experience with data structure, quality, and governance
• Ability to turn non-technical briefs into technical plans
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience with REST APIs and GCP tooling
• Ability to debug data discrepancies and work in fast-moving environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar warehouses
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and sync logic
• Familiarity with GitHub and version control
