Stage Assistant(s) Production Hospitalities

We are seeking a Stage Assistant(s) Production Hospitalities to join our team on a 6-month internship. As a Stage Assistant(s) Production Hospitalities, you will be responsible for supporting the production of hospitality experiences sold as packages by our commercial teams for major events.

You will report to the Hospitality Production Manager and contribute to:

• Coordinating projects with internal teams and external providers (catering, furniture, decoration, hosts/hostesses, technical, etc.)
• Monitoring operating budgets and ensuring allocated envelopes are respected
• Managing administrative tasks: requesting quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting
• Contributing to the organisation and coordination of event setup, execution, and dismantling with stakeholders
• Participating in operational coordination of events and ensuring smooth delivery on site
• Providing regular activity reports and contributing to post-event feedback
• Researching new trends, solutions, and services to enhance our offering
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise existing systems and participant experience

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be studying for a qualification in sports management, events, or a related field
• Be organised, methodical, and able to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
• Be autonomous, proactive, and customer-focused
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Have a good command of English (desirable)
• Hold a valid driving licence (B) and be willing to travel for work-related activities
• Be available to start in January 2027 for a 6-month internship
