Stage Assistant(s) Karting

We are seeking a Stage Assistant(s) Karting to provide commercial and operational support for our Karting Sport and leisure events.

As a Stage Assistant(s) Karting, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming client and prospect calls
• Preparing, sending, and following up on quotes, and re-engaging clients as needed
• Managing Open Kart event files
• Ensuring regular communication about Open Kart race entries
• Forwarding Open Kart results to the Communications team for online publication
• Providing operational support during leisure (Open kart and BtoB) and competition events (RMCIT/World Championship/IAME…)

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Ideally, prior experience in sports event management
• Experience in customer reception (in-person and phone)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously, react quickly, and enjoy teamwork
• Proficiency in computer tools
• Conversational English language skills
• Availability starting April 2027 for a 6-month internship, including weekends and sports events
