Are you a commercially guided individual with project management skills to lead stakeholders to launch new propositions on time? We are looking for a Customer Monetisation Launch Lead to work in the team leading our digital customer membership and monetisation growth strategy.
You will identify, build, and launch new direct-to-consumer digital propositions that our audiences will love and pay for. You will work on finding MVP opportunities across our portfolio of brands, setting strict timelines, and driving cross-functional teams (Tech, Editorial, Product, Marketing) to get launches live.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer - Engagement, Membership & Monetisation, you will be the driving force. You will drive the rapid execution of new digital membership, monetisation, and subscription revenue streams. These streams include premium membership tiers, micro-transactions, and learning bundles.
Operating with a focus on delivery, you will manage the pipeline from concept to live MVP. You are experienced in project management and excel in a matrix organisation, ensuring every stakeholder knows their deliverables and deadlines.
You will discover the opportunity, launch the MVP quickly, and prove its commercial viability.
Key responsibilities include:

Key requirements include:
- Experience in project management, proposition, or product role
- Evidence of completing rapidly, bringing propositions, products or campaigns to market strictly
- Experience owning launch KPI's and producing basic financial models/projections
- Ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Genuine 'get stuff done' attitude
- Understanding of how your work delivers revenue
