Senior Regional Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Regional Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of regional marketing programs and initiatives in Canada.

As part of the Americas Field Marketing team, you will report to the Sr Manager, Regional Marketing Enterprise Canada/East Region. This role will work closely with the sales organisation and collaborate within the broader marketing organisations to ensure strategic alignment and achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Planning & Execution: Work directly with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Canada, sales, and sales leaders to execute integrated demand generation programs across events, digital, partner, and outbound channels.
• Project & Campaign Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to develop marketing campaign assets and bring ideas to life.
• Performance Reporting: Support reporting efforts to evaluate channel effectiveness, program ROI, and overall regional funnel health.
• Marketing Operations & Tools: Maintain and manage the team's operational workflow using tools like Salesforce, Asana, 6Sense, and Splash.
• Analyze and Report on Regional Performance: Conduct in-depth, data-driven evaluations of regional performance and deliver insights during forecast and pipeline review calls.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partners: Work closely with partner organisations to design joint initiatives and leverage partner strengths.
• Provide Regular Performance Feedback and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing programs and continuously optimise strategies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of regional or field marketing experience within a B2B enterprise environment
• 3+ years working in or with a partner marketing organisation
• Experience with Marketing Tools/Technologies such as Salesforce, Tableau, Splash, Asana, Marketo, 6Sense
• Travel required: up to 30%
