As Director of Engineering, Infrastructure & Platform, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of one of the most sophisticated, high-throughput distributed systems in the blockchain ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multiple engineering teams across Cloud Infrastructure, Platform, Data Platform, and Internal Tooling
- Defining and owning the platform and infrastructure strategy
- Serving as a senior technical leader, influencing architecture and systems design for large-scale, mission-critical distributed systems
- Partnering with Product, Security, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align platform investments with company goals and customer needs
We're looking for a seasoned engineering leader with 10+ years of software engineering experience, 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, and deep expertise in distributed systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on understanding of large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, experience with Java, Kubernetes, AWS, and excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $300,000 - $350,000 annually.
