As a Software Engineer focused on Solutions, you'll work directly with our most strategic customers to help them design scalable systems, optimize performance, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in blockchain infrastructure.
You’ll write code to help users unlock the full potential of our stack, help top-tier teams design, scale, and optimize their use of Alchemy’s infrastructure, and deeply understand customer goals and proactively help them onboard, integrate, and ship powerful products on top of our infrastructure.
You’ll be the voice of our developer community, translating their needs into product insights and roadmap priorities, and act as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts, navigating technical blockers, future planning, and success metrics.
We’re looking for a stellar communicator who can translate technical concepts for both builders and execs, with a strong foundation in systems design, APIs, and distributed architecture, and experience working directly with customers, ideally in B2B SaaS or infra.
This role operates at the intersection of product, engineering, and real-world adoption, shaping how top-tier crypto companies bring products to life, and defining the customer experience for Web3’s infrastructure layer.
