Key responsibilities include: Operational Excellence & Quality Systems: Drive continuous adherence to the Quality Operating System (QOS) and lead Ford Energy Production System activities. Manage Pre-Delivery Finished Inventory and assess 'OK to Ship' status daily to ensure only the highest quality products reach our customers. Leadership & Culture: Develop a 'Leaders as Teachers' environment, providing coaching and training to optimize individual performance and career advancement. Engage regularly on the production floor to listen, learn, and problem-solve alongside your team. Strategic Management: Achieve business results by delivering on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meeting corporate standards for timing, budget, and First Time Through (FTT) capability. Collaborate across functions to influence quality standards and build meaningful professional relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
- Experience: Significant experience in manufacturing processes and Quality systems.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
