Job Description

We are looking for a Manager P2M Solutions to join our team in Mannheim, Germany. As a key member of our production and planning team, you will be responsible for the technical support and development of production and planning processes in SAP ECC, with a focus on FUCHS-EMEA within the FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH and FUCHS SE companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical support and development of production and planning processes in SAP ECC, with a focus on FUCHS-EMEA within the FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH and FUCHS SE companies
• Customizing and optimization of SAP PP-PI to reflect real production and planning requirements
• Analysis of existing production and planning logic and derivation of improvement measures
• Support of production, planning, and supply chain departments in system-related questions
• Ensuring a stable, performant, and traceable SAP operation in the production environment
• Optimization and development of MRP and planning parameters
• Point-by-point use and technical classification of APO functionalities
• Consideration of QM aspects in production processes
• Coordination of external service providers for adjustments and expansions
• Creation of technical change requests and structured documentation
• Support in the S/4HANA Transformation Program (T2G) (Introduction of ECC process knowledge, review of process and design decisions, support in tests and technical acceptance)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or equivalent qualification with relevant practical experience
• Alternatively, several years of experience in the technical support and development of SAP modules PP, preferably with a focus on PP-PI modules
• Very good process knowledge in production and production planning, preferably from a company in the process industry
• Experience in the conception, realization, and implementation of processes in the P2M field
• In-depth knowledge of PP-PI and interface knowledge to adjacent modules
• Basic knowledge of ABAP to be able to conceptually design development requirements
• Strong affinity for new technologies and willingness to familiarize yourself with modern SAP solutions (e.g. S/4HANA)
• High social competence and strong team skills, communication skills, and advisory skills
• Travel readiness of approximately 25% within the EMEA region
• Verbal and written English skills that are negotiable
