Freelance Brand Expert

As a Freelance Brand Expert with Charlotte Tilbury, you will be part of the company's elite team, promoting and creating makeup magic in-store. Your primary responsibility will be to represent the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury, driving business in-store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service.

Key duties include:

• Achieving sales targets through the creation of an amazing experience and exemplary service
• Delivering Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy along with unique and personalized shopping experiences
• Maintaining excellent counter hygiene standards and ensuring the counter/gondola is 'customer ready' from open to close of business
• Assisting with maintaining the required inventory levels, including stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment
• Participating in events and maintaining consistent communication with the Brand field team regarding any counter/gondola needs or concerns

You will be expected to demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards your work and colleagues, leading by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required.
