We are looking for a part-time Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas Würzburg. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations, converting customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors, and providing excellent customer service and embodying our style.

Your tasks will include:

• Increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations

Your qualifications should include:

• Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
• Enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury and the willingness to represent our brand
• Ideally, make-up artist experience
• Positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking
• Deutschniveau B2
