Multi-Site Business Manager

We're looking for a commercially driven leader with strong people management and travel retail expertise to oversee key German airport locations. As a Multi-Site Business Manager, you'll be responsible for setting up your team members for success, driving sales success through motivation of the team, and identifying training needs of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• People management: setting up team members for success, building a true Tilbury community in your respective stores
• Monthly rota scheduling and payroll budgeting and forecasting
• Driving sales success through motivation of the team to hit daily and monthly KPI targets
• People planning: ongoing talent management and succession planning of the team
• Identifying training needs of the team in collaboration with the Area Trainer
