Expert·e Beauté

We are currently seeking an Expert·e Beauté to join our team in Montréal. As a member of our Expert·e Beauté team, you will demonstrate strong skills in makeup, sales, and customer service. You will have the opportunity to share with our clients the artistry secrets developed by Charlotte over 20 years of experience at the highest level of the industry, working with celebrities and top beauty houses.

You will embody the philosophy of the brand: the art of makeup, made simple, while contributing to the growth of a beauty company. The ideal candidate is passionate, results-driven, and has experience in beauty and retail sales.

Responsibilities:

Sales

• Meet and exceed sales targets during events and hourly targets
• Create notoriety for the brand by sharing your expertise and demonstrating excellent product knowledge
• Show initiative and entrepreneurial spirit, respecting the brand's standards

Customer Service

• Provide the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service at all times
• Create a warm, memorable, and personalized experience for each client

Teamwork

• Adopt a positive, collaborative, and professional attitude
• Contribute to an open, creative, and respectful work environment

Operations

• Ensure the counter or display is always ready to welcome clients from opening to closing
• Maintain high standards of hygiene (cleaning tools, testers, and display units)
• Support inventory management: stock accounts, rotation, and replenishment
• Participate in visual merchandising, launches, and promotional material installation, in collaboration with the store team
• Assist with in-store events
• Maintain regular communication with the store team regarding counter needs or issues
• Manage hours, clock in and out, and submit time sheets via the payroll app (Allwork)

Requirements:

• Experience in professional makeup and/or retail beauty sales
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
• Ability to create a personalized and memorable customer experience
• Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and the luxury beauty universe
• Team player, positive attitude, and professionalism
• Primarily Thursday and Friday schedule. Weekend availability appreciated
