Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, guide and motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you'll act as a key support to store leadership, helping maintain operational standards and contributing to a positive, high-performing sales environment. You will lead, motivate, and coach team members to drive sales, meet KPIs, and maintain a high-performing environment.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, providing training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales strategies, delivering and upholding exceptional customer service standards, overseeing inventory control, stock levels, and merchandising, managing cash handling, POS operations, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Pay Range: $23–$25 per hour
