A Business Manager at Charlotte Tilbury is a unique role that requires commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to lead a team. They create and drive an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand by exceeding KPI's and inspiring their team to deliver and be the best they can be.
The ideal candidate will have proven management experience and be operating at Deputy Manager level or above. They will have a track record of delivering exceptional results from anything ranging from KPI's to people. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting in to the Area Manager; creating and driving an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand
- Being a customer experience pioneer, wanting customers to be Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors and experience the true magic of Charlotte Tilbury through selling our spellbinding products, leading by example and wanting your customer to return
- Being a true coach and mentor to your team, supporting and developing your team to be the best they can possibly be, through on the job training, coaching and on-going support
- Collaborating and innovating, influencing and building lasting relationships cross functionally in retail and in head office
