You will help our customers when it matters – together with the team, you will find solutions and ensure a support experience that convinces.
Your area of responsibility:
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and support them in using our devices optimally via telephone
- You help our customers with the analysis and troubleshooting of devices
- You forward customer requests via ticketing system and support in the swift processing
- No sales, no acquisition, no activity in a call centre
Your profile:
- You are a full-time student without any restrictions on a specific course of study
- You have native German language skills
- You have good English language skills
- You have the possibility to reach our office in Cadolzburg
- You want to work full-time during the semester breaks and part-time (15-20 hours) during the semester
